Madinah

Madina is one of the oldest cities in Islamic history.  It is generally considered to be the "cradle of Islamic culture and civilization". Al-Masjid al-Nabawi  is the burial site  and final resting place of the prophet Muhammad صلي الله عليه وسلم. Muslims usually visit his mosque at least once in their lifetime.
